Konversi ukuran berat

List konversi ukuran yang sering digunakan dalam memasak, diperoleh dari Milis NCC, saya posting lagi disini untuk memudahkan.
Menurut Bahan

Terigu 1 sdm = 10 g, 1 cup = 140 g

British Standard  
1 Fluid ounce = 28.4 ml
1 Gill = 5 fluid ounces = 142 ml 
1 Pint = 20 fl oz = 568 ml 
1 Cup = 8 fl oz = 227 ml 
1 sdm = 3 sdt = 18 ml 
1 Dessertspoon = 2 teaspoons (lebih kurang) = 10-12 ml (lebih kurang)

Suhu Oven
275 F = 140 C = 1 = Sangat rendah
300 F = 150 C = 2 = Rendah
325 F = 170 C = 3 = Agak rendah 
350 F = 180 C = 4 = Sedang
375 F = 190 C = 5 = Agak tinggi 
400 F = 200 C = 6 = Tinggi 
425 F = 220 C = 7 = Tinggi 
450 F = 230 C = 8 = Sangat tinggi 
475 F = 240 C = 9 = Sangat tinggi
